Hi, I’m Lisa Chapman. As a fitness trainer and certified nutritionist who is also a busy mother and business owner, I understand what it takes to successfully juggle a variety of obligations and interests and still make healthy living a priority.
I specialize in helping smart, up-to-something women just like you redefine their feminine shape and feel strong and confident with less effort.
