Health has always been a part of my life. As a young woman I was a competitive gymnast and began my professional career as the head coach of the City of Aspen Gymnastics Team in Colorado. And I’m proud to say I led our team to three State Championships. Fast forward two decades, and I still can’t imagine doing anything else!
Today, I’m a fitness trainer and certified nutritionist with a Bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. I have worked with individuals and corporations to reach fitness goals for over 18 years. I am also a certified sports performance coach and a certified nutritionist through the American Health Science University.
My passion is supporting women who are ready to get back into shape. Many of my clients are active women who are stuck in a rut or have hit a plateau. They desire to make smarter food choices and have more effective workouts so they can build strength, improve fitness and lose those last 10 or 20 pounds.
My work is inspired by my own life as a busy mom and business owner. I understand the challenge of staying fit and healthy, while balancing family and pursuing my passion. I also know how your body changes during pregnancy and the trials of weight loss without the right motivation and support. I teach women inspiring, flexible ways to stay on track, drop excess pounds and regain core strength while adapting to the challenges of motherhood.
I believe that getting fit should be fun! My coaching style is firm, yet gentle. With upbeat music, laughter and lots of variety, your workouts will fly by. You’ll have fun and see better results than you ever would on your own.

My promise to you: You’ll never feel like you’re at an intimidating boot camp or made to feel bad about your body. In fact, I encourage you to celebrate your successes both big and small! And you’ll love all the extra energy you have to take advantage of in all the physical activities like biking, hiking, skiing and yoga that living in Colorado affords.
My nutrition wisdom also creates big results. I help women to let go of eating habits that are holding them back and make smarter food choices to create better fitness results. I keep things simple so that you can integrate what you learn into your busy lifestyle.
I feel blessed to help women regain their confidence. When your health improves, all areas of your life improve. By transforming your body, your self-esteem and energy soar. Simply put, women who look good and feel great come out of their shell, they are able to go confidently in the direction of their dreams and live the life they’ve imagined!
